"Clean room. Bed is a little bit bouncy and mattress is soft. Breakfast is one choice of a la carte dish with buffet continental bread, ham and cheese, not that many options but enough."

"While the apartment was very clean and amenities provided were all modern throughout. We unfortunately did not have a pleasant stay, the only thing was the poor sleep we had. The bed/mattresses was very worn, hard and uncomfortable to the point where you could feel the springs on a part of the mattress. "Had a lovely balcony room overlooking Grassmarket square with views of the castle. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful and kind, We arrived early and were able to get our rooms early. Rooms were very nice. Being next to grassmarket was a little louder than expected but manageable. Restaurant food was delicious and service was great."

"We booked the room but were put in the very top floor! It was over a hundred stairs to the top! If you have any luggage over above your carry on you are struggling! It was a small place for two People. They said a king bed??? No it was a double bed and a very uncomfortable sofa. It was a lot to pay for very little comfort. Location was good. Just the logistic are horrible!"
