"Our room was ideal for a couple. Plenty of space and well equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher and everything else one might need. It felt as if the particular block our apartment was in was quite new and our third floor room had a wonderful view out over the marina and on to the Indian Ocean. All of the reception staff with whom we had contact were most friendly and helpful. The same observation also applied to the housekeeping staff. One thing to note is that the hotel is about a 10-12 minute walk from town. We enjoyed the walk both in the morning seeking breakfast and in the evening looking for dinner. We would not hesitate to use this excellent hotel if ever back in Fremantle. "

"Room didn't have an outside window which made it feel a bit claustrophobic. Bed not fixed. Moved from bedhead when wanting to read in bed. Variety of food for breakfast good."

"No Freezer! We were not aware of this before we arrived and we had just bought a tub of icecream to have as dessert. I asked if they had a freezer that we could just store it in for a couple of hours and the male staff member was very rude. "

"Let's just start by saying the hotel was not a 5star hotel. But it's not priced as such. I was very happy with what I got for the $ I paid. I wanted and needed a cheap bed for the night and that's exactly what I got. The rood was basic but clean. Again all I wanted. The staff on the front desk was extremely helpful, again exactly what I needed. The parking was perfect all be it, I found it difficult to work out how to open the gate :-(. That was probably more my fault than anyones. I was very happy with the room I got for the night. A big thank you for the nice girl on the front desk when I checked in!!"
