"The property is clean and well-maintained. However, the after-hours check-in process could be improved to make it smoother for guests arriving late or after hours. Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement."

"This is a low cost property, but for the low price, it's very good. It's clean and tidy, but certainly not salubrious. It's not particularly conveniently placed relative to the town, but it's on a major bus route--the (very frequent) number 1 route that goes right to the central bus station. There's not much nearby except for a couple of small stores, and the airport is just under a mile away, down a steep hill. That was a good thing for me as I had to walk there. "The property is nice, but if you are staying in the Hill view rooms, there’s a lot of walking and it’s very steep uphill. They need transportation or a golf cart to take up to your room. I had to pull my bag all the way up to the room myself no help."

"The place was beautiful how ever the service was poor what made it worse was the place had minimal people actually in the resort and 20-30 minutes to get a drink at the pool was absolutely unacceptable"

"Room needs some work bed was shaking the closet and bathroom door couldn't close properly. There was no space for fiolded clothes just some hangers. And to note also if AC needs to be turned off when not in room it should be mention on the website. Bed also was poorley constructed.."
