If it had not been that we needed desperately to crash for about 7 hours I would have turned around and found another place. All hotels were booked in the area, this was the only one left in a 15 mile radius…now I know why. "

"I travel a lot, and I’ve never been to a place where the people were more friendly. The waitresses in the restaurant felt like my aunties or sisters. They were so kind and you could tell they love their job. The bartender went out of his way to make sure our drinks were refilled and tasted OK. We had some chicken wings and buffalo cauliflower at the bar while we waited to leave for our venue that night. They were delicious. The room was clean the smell throughout the whole hotel was amazing. The lobby was breathtaking when you walked in and it just felt comfortable like I was on a vacation far far away. Definitely downloading the app for Hilton and going to use Hilton going forward. I was blown away by this hotel, and we will be returning every time we go to Orlando. "
