The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable a standard great hotel room. The hotel is very secure and the restaurant was also very, but it was very quiet, it was a Thursday night but even so felt a soulless. Would recommend for a short stay excellent quality great value. Clean, modern, well maintained hotel. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast options. Great energy overall. The only thing is that you need a car to get anywhere really, and parking is at 17.50 euros extra per night. Should be included in the hotel fee since it's almsot impossible not to have a car.

We were pleased with our stay. We would have preferred to be closer to the tourist area but we booked last minute and needed a place that would sleep 3. It was easy to take the bus into town. We didn't eat or drink here, so I can't comment on that. The room was comfortable and clean, the hotel was quiet.

The staffs are very friendly with the checkin and check out process. The location is very quiet and safe but it takes some transit time from the central station to the hotel. The breakfast buffet is quite delicious and rich. One little complaint is the hot water for the shower is not very stable and it’s temperature is mostly warm but not hot enough for me. Overall the quality of the hotel is pretty good

My stay was just perfect. Thankyou. My evening meal - mushroom soup and sea bass - was excellent. Although i like my green lentils al dente. Good luck to the new chef.

It's ok, but you need to pay for everything, including parking and wifi. We had to change room, the second one, despite being exactly the same, felt much more comfortable whilst the first one wasn't, perheps the second one was just redecorated. Breakfast is nice. Location is in the middle of a bio centre for companies. Very quiet.

Room wasn’t cleaned 1 of 3 nights. Parking lot extremely steep and unsafe for lower cars, very tights spots, non-functioning gate caused many delays and all at €17.5/day outside of town! Also no in room coffee or many places to put luggage except the floor. Staff were very friendly though.

worst nights sleep in a hotel

a awful nights sleep, the rooms was clean, modern and bed was really comfortable but was severely let down by pillows about really hard pillows like bags of cement 30/40cm long they your head just roll off all night, never got comfortable I htink i had 2/3 hours sleep at most all night. Would never stay here again. My work collegues and i travel a lot for work and stay in lots of hotels and we rated this the worst nights sleep in a hotel

mixed experience

Mixed experience as the staff on reception were super helpful and efficient, however my bathroom needed cleaning on arrival, I took photos and showed reception, they did come and clean it quite quickly, were very apologetic and said it wasn't acceptable. Not what I expected from Hilton. I also had to queue for a considerable amount of time to check in and check out.

We have frequently been staying at the Hilton Garden Inn in the past 10 years. The staff remains very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and the reception area has undergone a beautiful renovation, but the price-quality ratio has largely deteriorated. Asides from a substantial increase in rates, I noticed a lack of information and clarity on certain choices when booking, by which I accidentally ended up paying more for my booking and not getting breakfast on the last leg of my trip. The information from the staff to us as guests was also lacking. Despite there being a construction site in front of the hotel, which would wake me up every morning at 7 am, this was not mentioned before I booked. One night, while happening to ask the receptionist for something at 12 am, she casually mentioned that I should avoid drinking the tapwater the next morning and following days as they were going to be working on it that night. The next morning my husband was able to shower normally at 8 am, but when I went to shower 10 minutes later, to my dismay, no water came out of the tap! With luck my kids and I were able to get a trickle of icy cold water to shower with. Judging by the line of people at the reception asking about the water situation, most other guests clearly hadn't been informed about this situation beforehand, which I feel is the least the hotel could've done.
