"We had to book a room at the last minute due to personal emergency. It was graduation week and our usual place was booked out. They recommended coming here. This motel was Great value for money. We managed to snag the last room for $209.00. Staff couldn’t be more friendly, helpful, welcoming! The guy behind the desk was awesome!! "The staff at this hotel were excellent. When we checked in quite late the checkin staff were lovely and helpful. We booked for a second night however our room type was not available so were offered an 1140am checkout as the second nights room would not be ready until later in the day. We received a phone ca next morning saying we could stay in our room for another Night and moving was not required. Touched like this make a stay so very enjoyable and hassle free. Check out staff excellent also....

"When we booked this property did not realize it was a self serve style with no check in or concierge staff, unless you messaged or called them. The property was spotless, room was beautiful and comfortable. Instructions provided via email were clear though one had to read the details. The welcome manual was also useful (read this and found the utensils). We will recommend this property to others for sure."

"Bed was rather uncomfortable and although we requested for a baby cot, was agreed upon prior and confirmed even at check in, there was done upon check in at about 9pm. We had to wait for a service staff to bring it up much later and she didn't know how to set it up as it was her first time. This was through no fault of hers as housekeeping was supposed to do it.
