"Location"

"Clean, chic, spacious rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast and nice quick shop on the ground floor. Lots of fast elevators, no waiting. Very up-to-date with plenty of outlets and USB ports."

"Great for a quick sleep in a great part of the city. Friendly staff too"

"Guest relations went above and beyond, the room was set up very nicely, and the floor with the hot tub, spa, pool, gym (all with astounding cityscape views) was absolutely impeccable."

"I rated the cleaniess low because I was booked in a room with a bed that had a pee stain on it and it smelled extremely bad."

"Staff, clean room, great service!"

"Wonderful little hotel downtown Portland. The interior is elegant, the staff exceptional. We loved out stay!"

"Very pleasant stay! The giant wall mirror directly in front of the bed was a little sus and off-putting, but otherwise a great experience. I did see a homeless woman pooping in the street from my window, but such is life. 5/5!"

"No hot water !!!!!! And you denied a 1 night refund !!!"
