"A hidden gem of Hot Springs! It was such a fantastic spot for our family, it felt like we were staying in our own private cottage. Perfect distance to down town and all of the recommendations from the property were laminated and in a binder for us to flip through from food choices to hikes. They really did think of everything here and we will recommend this spot to anyone else who is looking to visit Hot Springs!"

"There is nowhere else I would ever stay in Hot Springs.Every single thing about The Reserve was 5 star.We absolutely loved it and would return in a heartbeat"

"Friendly staff, all three of them. Great desserts were laid out and enjoyed. Cats in the yard (not in the house) were approachable. Easy walk to downtown area and bathhouses."

"Great stay. Breakfast was great. The pool water was pretty chilly but very clean"

"Centrally located to all the things we wanted to visit and do, bathhouse, shopping, restaurants..."

"We chose the Arlington Resort Hotel & Spa for its historical significance, iconic reputation, and central location in Hot Springs. With its legendary history of hosting famous and infamous guests, we expected a beautifully maintained historic experience. The grand lobby has plenty of character. "I loved everything. It was beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. I give the whole experience a 100. Hospitality with sodas and chips and candy already there and cold. Plates and utensils we needed were set out. Outside and Inside was better then the pictures. We'll worth the stay. Thank you for everything. It was perfect. My 3 year old daughter loved it also."

"Beautiful property, attentive staff, lots of thoughtful details, amazing food. I had a wonderful stay, and I look forward to going back."

"Property was clean. No breakfast but there was hot coffee. Excellent staff during check in (Bernis). Would highly recommend."

"All good"

"Everything was great except that the bed really sagged in the middle. Needs new mattress and/or springs."
