"Despite the big red signs saying “NON SMOKING PROPERTY” the place REEKED of cigarettes and marijuana. When we first entered the room, there was a beer can in the garbage, beard clippings in the sink, and the place STUNK! We asked the front desk if we came too early and they said “no, the cleaner has already been there and sprayed” I asked them to do it again and they were very accommodating and apologetic. The toilet and shower leaked all night. And upon coming back the second night, the room once again reeked of cigarette. Unfortunately there rooms failed to meet the level of customer service. Will not be coming back. "

"Spacious, clean room, well furnished. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, except for the very weak coffee. Need some larger luggage carts, as the ones offered are small and unstable, requiring multiple trips to move in and out. Parking is a real hassle, because the lot is shared with another hotel and several restaurants, so if one leaves for dinner and comes back after 9 pm, you may find yourself having to park two blocks away, and that is even after paying daily for the parking. But, having stayed at all the other hotels in the area, this place is certainly the best available option."

"I was a little disappointed with the location of the hotel. When selecting a lake view room I thought the hotel was in a nicer location. Otherwise, the amenities were very good."

"Front desk staff helpful. This is a cheap stay for a reason, no luxury here. Some evidence that room was not thoroughly cleaned. Hotel has held $25 of deposit. Nothing taken, didn't damage anything , or break rules. Not responding to inquiry. "

"The elevator was not working. The staff were really kind and accommodating which is the ONLY positive thing I have to say about the property. The room was sticky and hot and never fully cooled down the entire 2 night stay. There’s a window ac unit and it just blew regular(non cooled) air the whole time. For the price it was ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. "
