"Excelente siempre la cadena Hilton, es mi preferida!!!. Primera vez en este hotel y ya tome acciones para regresar próximamente, así que nos veremos pronto!!!"

"Bed had low spots so it was differently worn out. Blanket had a hole in it. Tvs were way too small for the space and the tv service was overwhelming to find something to watch. Dishes were left in the dishwasher when we got into the unit. The complex was 90 unoccupied. It was quite until someone close was slamming doors"

"Exelent"

"Excellent"

"Please have fresh, hot coffee for afternoon as it was cold. The air conditioning in our room was very noisy and need maintenance"

"Even though it’s a non-smoking property, it smelled heavily of cigarettes, all the rooms were dusty and had stains all over the walls and the doors, just felt very uneasy"

"Valoro la limpieza, la ubicación y el personal en general, destacando a los trabajadores del front desk y los choferes del shuttle, muy amables y dispuestos a ofrecer siempre un buen servicio. Muchas gracias"

"No bars in the bathtub showers. Otherwise, the room was great and large. Furniture comfortable. Able to check in early. Water park free admission was great for all travelers. The only problem we encountered was the Fireside Restaurant. Service extremely slow. Food was delicious. Will definitely go back!!"

"This was our first time at Four Seasons and I might say it will not be our last. Everything was amazing, The staff throughout were excellent."
