"Breakfast was most terrible in my life cheap joghurt(tesco),musli,juice, No fully top up the breakfast area. Left over before day bread next to the toaster. Room was clean but the mattrace is so bad conditions(time for change it!) Staff was helpfull and nice"

"Have stayed in the Sandman on numerous occasions. Nice rooms, really comfy beds. Good food and bar has a good selection. Staff all very friendly. Good central location"

"Car park was full at the rear of building but they have another car park further up which we were not aware of. Staff were really friendly and bar was nice but a bit pricey.Breakfast was great and worth the extra to booking. Location is great for local shops and transport links. We would stay again if in the city."

"We felt unsafe and would suggest it would be a good idea to have an emergency number to phone. No staff about except check in when he changed the room from the number we were sent beforehand with the code, no explanation and we had to go next door looking for it ourself. From 3 am there were people running along the corridor, banging on doors and shouting. A woman was shouting followed by list of arguing and shouting from several quarters. When we were sure everyone had settled we crept out and left before 8 am. We noted the front door was not locked."

"Room slightly dirty, wardrobe un room blocks half the mirror and plug sockets, really no need for it as already a built in cupboard with hanging space, had to reach over TV to reach kettle, only one cup in room but booked gor 2 people, "
