"Wyndham rewards member was escorted off this property BY POLICE for reasons still unknown to me. They had a full turn out in the pool/sauna area, but ran out of towels at some point. They give 2 body towels for the rooms, no separate towels for the pool. A SOLD OUT HOTEL ran out of towels and no back up. I was upset but i didn't curse "Skye" and I didn't get aggressive. Yet i was told to leave and didn’t get my money back. I would like a full refund as we DID NOT stay here."

"The staff was the only nice thing about this place. The breakfast should be eliminated. The breakfast area was disgusting and no one was cleaning tables or counters. The food was disgustingly lacking. The entire building looked run down. Our room had the toilet paper roll holder ripped out and the roll on the back of the toilet. The sink counter had broken drawers and the fridge didn’t work right which we found out after our food spoiled. There were so many other hotels in the area that were the same price and we were there for a sports event with our kids team so we saw a lot of other hotels that weekend and all of them were better than this one. I’m not that picky but this made me never want to stay at a comfort inn again. "

"This is the second time we've stayed here and we love the rooms. They are renovating. The pool both times was green, slimy on the bottom at the deep end. "
