"Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank."

"I chose this location based on reviews, and many of the reviews were saying that the place was exceptionally clean, which was a top priority of mine, even though it was a reasonable rated stay
