"Well maintained and characteristic property with exposed beams and period features combined with modern decor and facilities. The only thing to be aware of is there is no shower in either bathroom (likely due to low ceilings), although both have a mixer tap with a showerhead so you can sit / kneel and shower this way. Whilst its proximity to the road is close, it was not a busy road, so passing traffic was not an issue during our stay. There was a pub within 1min walk of the property that also...

Not to be missed!!"

"The place was clean and bright. However we were unprepared for the atmosphere. Nowhere in the booking process did we understand that we were staying in a religious commune. We could not find the promised shared kitchen and the walls were very thin. Everyone was friendly but we only saw one last when we arrived and one when we left. "I made a last minute booking whilst on a bike tour through mid Wales. There are no rooms on the ground floor so the staff were really helpful to store my bike in a secure place as my room was on the second floor. The restaurant was closed by the time managed to shower and get myself sorted at 8.50pm, none the less there is a local Turkish place were I managed to have a delicious healthy meal to fuel me the next day. The hot breakfast at the hotel was very good."

Free parking available however it gets busy in the evening because the people those who are coming to pub also use the same carpark. The hotel situated in a great location.
