Time out in Thanh Hoa

New hotel in a good cafe district part of Thanh Hoa city. Hotel staff very welcoming and helpful. Rooms clean, tidy, and a generous size. Large shower was great but serious drainage problems meant bathroom got very wet. On first morning, breakfast was over by 9am in spite of stated time as 9.30, due to preparations for a wedding. Did not mind breakfast outside but there could have been some forewarning. Overall a relaxing stay in a well situated new hotel that offers very good value for money.

Last minute check in at a Thanh Hoa gem

Last minute check-in because of a non-availability at another booked property. Had stayed here previously with a good experience, so happy to return. Reception & administration staff very helpful. Room standard as I remembered ... well fitted out, comfortable, clean, quiet. Really good location for cafes and restaurants. Glad I came back; very happy to recommend

Professionalism on a high level

Very nice and highly recommended hotel in the centre of Thanh Hoa Warm welcomed by the English-speaking receptionist at the front door, I got the information that the monitored parking for my bicycle is around the Corner. Check in procedure was quick and professional. Got help with my luggage. Room size and equipment as to be expected in a 4 star hotel. No smell. Bathrobe available for free. Bathroom seperated from bedroom by pane, which is equipped with blinds. Hot water available, air con working, minibar offers even red wine for reasonable price (didn't taste it, so no comment to the quality). Cleanliness need to be improved a bit. Floor in bath room not clean (i.e. hairs and spots of whatever substance, Armchairs fabrics with spots). There is a speaker for official announcements very close to the hotel which starts to blare at 6 am, depending on the room could be annoying. Had dinner in a restaurant 600 m from the hotel, vuvuzela, quality is good, portions are more than sufficient, service friendly and alert. High price for food and beer but worth it. Check out procedure quick and again professional. Got help with my luggage.

Perfect place to stay

We visited here from Seattle to attend family's wedding. It was at a very good location. Lots of places to walk around and see local stuff. Right across street is convenient food and general store. There is a fish market behind it that lots of locals go go. Room and facility is nice. Very new and clean. The front office staff doesn't speak much english but very nice and tries to be helpful. Breakfast buffet was good, not as vast as others but good enough.

非常にスタッフの方々が丁寧でした。 まちの中心からも近く、向かいのコープストアには、日用品がなんでも揃い、日本の製品も多く置いてありました。通りは夜でも明るく、歩いていて楽しかったです。ロンダリーサービスを受けるためには2連泊前提の時間を提示してくるので注意してください。
