Great breakfast, staff very helpful, clean facilities, good location.

Staff were always looking to help, very friendly and accommodating.

Quiet area but not far away from town. Not a whole lots of food options nearby so you will need to go into town for food. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We arrived super early on train and room wasn’t ready but they let us use the lounge area to rest up before we head to town. Booked the valley view room and the view was spectacular. Room is spacious and clean. The indoor heated was a plus since it’s cold in December. Thank you to front desk staff Linh for arranging the lovely anniversary room decoration and cake. We felt so special and loved.

Beautiful property out of town which made it quieter but was a 17 min walk uphill from town. There was a shuttle every hour. There was construction, which is in most parts of Vietnam, that started at 6am. Overall a great property and service.

The staff here truly make every effort to make your stay memorable. The facilities are fantastic and this is great resort. We can’t wait to return.
