"I booked a 4 day stay in a room with a balcony and garden view. However , upon my arrival,I was assigned a ground-floor room facing the street. ( 4m to the street) .The room also had a noticeable musty ,moldy smell, so I refused to accept it. The hotel then offered me a room with balcony and street view for the first 2 nights, informing me that I would tl have to move back to the original for thr remaining nights. As I did not wish to spend my stay in an unpleasant room I decided to leave...

"This is a beautiful property with beautiful mountain views loved the stay here and recommend it for families and friends etc"

"Exceptional service and English speaking staff were very kind and eager to assist. Upgraded to B3 villa overlooking lake with private patio. Manicured grounds and very clean pool area nestled right next to towering limestones. Breakfast is made to order with western and local fare (pho for breakfast some of the best Ive had!). Ate dinner onsite and chef prepared a meal that rivals anything nearby. Location in Trang An can’t be beat in the midst of all manor attractions and dining ATM and...

"It's a great value for the money .Staff is super friendly and helpful .Great location so you can walk to many restaurants"

"Excellent location surrounded by nature (lotus pond and backdrop mountains). Charming country farm construction and decor. Small staff was friendly and helpful, but dinner was slow with limited choices. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay."

"Great!"

"Chambre très propre , hôtel rénové et très bien situé , magnifique vue de la piscine. Le personnel est également très accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande vivement. Deux petits points d’amélioration : le petit déjeuner pourrait proposer plus de choix et il y a peu de transat à la piscine mais cela s’explique également par le fait que la piscine et l’espace est assez restreint. Hormis cela rien à dire , l’hôtel est génial."

"Oki"

"What a gorgeous resort and such a magical place! I loved my morning bike rides through the beautiful rice fields. The staff were absolutely wonderful, so warm and welcoming, and made us feel like part of their family. Thank you all for an unforgettable stay! ❤️🙏"

"Thank you to the team at Jiva - including Maya, Jayla and Carwyn. They made us feel very welcome during our stay. We also really enjoyed the spa treatments that we had. And the grounds of the resort are really spectacular. 100% worth visiting!"

"객실 청소 및 흡연 냄새"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Vu Hotel. The hotel appears to be family-owned and operated, and the personal attention and hospitality really stood out throughout our visit. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They arranged a private driver for our trip back to Hanoi, making our travel plans simple and stress-free. Breakfast was another highlight. The staff paid attention to the little details and noticed how much we enjoyed the fresh...

"Great place to stay. There was an accident in the area so the electricity gone out but the staffs were really helpful."

"Called front desk for questions and no one pick up. So we have to walk there"

"The hotel doesnt have a parking space but the staffs could help you to move your luggages to the room. We do love and would like to recommend this hotel for the traveller who wanna have a short stay in Ninhbinh. It' s located in the city center, so you can stroll at the sidewalk to see the citty life. The staffs were very nice and attentive. You would not dissapppoint if stay in the Vancouver hotel!."

"The staff was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The coffees were delicious!"

"The property is tucked away in a secluded area, exactly what we were looking for. We booked a villa with a private pool, giving us the entire space to ourselves. The villa is spacious, and the staff are helpful and accommodating. Mr. Xinh (the manager, I believe) made sure all the guests were well taken care of. We stayed for two nights and noticed that the breakfast selection changed by about 50–60% between the two mornings. You’ll need to ask for tea or specialty coffee, such as espresso or...
