Do not book with hotels.com or any other service provider. The resort claims that they are unable to get payment from these providers and then want you to pay in cash and claim it back. In my personal opinion it is to avoid paying the commission for these websites.
The lodge was otherwise as advertised, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
