"La località è molto bella, così come la lunga spiaggia privata. Il ristorante è discreto e il personale gentile. Grandi e pulite le camere, ma... Mancano i piccoli particolari che un occidentale (e clienti che ho visto lo erano tutti) si aspetterebbe: una luce per leggere a letto, comodini, cose così... "Avoid at all cost! This should already been removed from the website. It has turn into a bird nest. It has speakers board casting bird call 24 hours a day. We arrived late at night heard the noise though it was from the mountain behind the hotel but no, it was from the speaker cross our room! Could sleep all night!!!!"

"The photos are deceiving, it is a truck stop. It was going to be okay but after getting food from the 7/11 there was a swarm of ants carrying a larger bug towards the patio door. Definitely felt it confirmed the state of the hostel. The price reflected the quality so can't complain too much, just wish the photos illustrated the rooms/building more authentically.
The staff was kind and helpful, though the lady helping us seemed confused by our booking and initially asked us to pay when we had...

"We arrived late at night post checking out the night night market at Surat Thani as check in available until 23.45 :)
Please be awake: black elephant boutique and 88 fine hotel are combined.
We booked a room in 88 fine hotel and was expecting to sleep in one of the detached rooms as per photos in the booking- however we stayed on the second floor of the black elephant boutique. The stairs are very steep- so would recommend when booking to book first floor if needed!
