The only really good thing about this place is its location. You have several restaurants and shops in the area, including a Walmart, all within walking distance and right behind you. Look out for the $50 deposit that's hidden in the fine print... They won't give you the room without it, even if you've already paid.

No hot water, owner told me i couldnt get my deposit back for 3-4 days...ice machine was inside the office where they give you a few cups of ice and terrible customer service. Also the bathroom had two of the biggest roaches i have ever seen. Bed was good though.

Budget, no frills

Booked two rooms, two nights. Motel has seen better days, but the rooms were clean and the beds fairly comfortable. We booked this motel because it was budget-friendly.But was a bit more low budget than expected. Bring your own toiletries. Towels were very threadbare. Check-in was a bit awkward due to very thick plexiglass - could not hear the staff member very well. Overall, if you are aware you are booking low budget motel then there should not be any disappointment.

When I got there the door was already opened to my room. The lock wasn’t working..Water was super HOT ! The light was out and I was told there was not anymore bulbs. Also the sheets had stains on them and I didn’t receive new ones like I asked for. When I asked for another room I was told that I would be charged extra and that makes no sense because it wasn’t my fault. Worst hotel ever !!!

Booked on our drive to Orlando and was exhausted. Showed up at check in and the service counter guy was so rude when he asked for our credit card and I said we booked online. Then sent us to the first room and the bed where not made and sheets were on the floor. Second room one bed was made and the other one had no sheets and no towels. Third room had hair all on the floor. Potato chips on the floor and one of the beds had brown stains on them that looked like smeared poop. Went back to the front for a refund and was denied. We never even got our luggage out of the car. Had to book another hotel. Was not impressed with the customer service on this site as well. Called and was told it was up to the hotel to refund or not. So I basically paid for a hotel room that we couldn’t use. We have booked so many hotels on this site, but will go directly to hotel for better customer service in the future.

Owner is a bit cranky. Wish he would smile just once. I like the pricing, room is OK but I feel like I am troubling them when I check in and out. Not fond of the online pricing display...significant markup if you want a non-smoking room.
