"Wonderful establishment"

"I like how clean the inside was and the smell of the air fresher on the inside. However I feel like I was cheated the AC did not work all 3 days the front desk was informed ask for a fan they did not have any did not offer to switch rooms out also we open the blinds and on the outside of the windows there was nothing to look at but green mildew windows. I took pictures but we had to open the door Saturday night to pull air that was really cold to come into our room."

"Breakfast was good and staff were so sweet."

"Very clean"

"Had a great breakfast and staff was super sweet:)"

"Hard Rock in Tampa was an awesome stay."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The property was showing its age through a slow elevator and key cards that kept failing. The staff was aware of the problem and warned us."

"Would highly recommend!"

"Clean hotel , staff pleasant and helpful"

"Disappointed. Shuttle service ends at 11:30 pm, so if you land at the airport after midnight you have to find your own way to the hotel. In the room, the air conditioner was too loud and the shower dripped water continuously."

"Great"

"Clean room."
