tutto ok l'appartamento. Bella la camera. Internet lento. Ho avuto GROSSE difficoltà per trovareil B&B giacchè va lasciata l'auto nel parcheggio e poi si va alla ricerca nel centro storico. Le indicazione fornite erano errate. Non c'è una indicazione (insegna) nei vicoli.

Charming little hotel in historic old town

Great location in old town, inside wall, bit hard to find, but close walk to main town area and enjoyedHalloween with the locals. Mother and daughter very welcoming and nice selection of coffee, water, yoghurt available. Room nice but bed not so comfortable. Breakfast of coffee and Cornetto at local cafe pleasant.

First if all, our meeting address was a disaster. The ad- vertisement of hotel/motel was no where to be found, and when asked of name and address to residence in area, ( very difficult on GPS, and also WAS a hotel /motel bed and breakfast ) even the police did not know of this place. Anyhow, we did finally meet the man who signed us in after several attempts by phone who was waiting at another area instead. When finalizing entered the room , it was very, very, humid and no air what so ever in room. Could of least opened the windows for some circulation. Anyhow, a receipt was promised to be out under the door that evening for feed for taxes for cleaning services, (which were unheard of, and a tax fee for the township or whatever u want to call area. Instead of. This as stated by the manager, or as he stated himself, cause he said he did not own the place, he just worked for the bed and breakfast, (as so called) and that he was a professional and had a degree as a engineer, and did this on the side. ( this was discussed by himself and another woman to whom was escorting us upon finally finding THIS, as so called bed and breakfast hotel/motel.

Very nice B & B

Great area, staff excellent, very clean. Breakfast was just around the corner at a cafe, coffee and croissant, we sat outside and enjoyed the square. Loved the location, inside the old city, unbelieveable sea views, easy to get to the Centro, very nice stay.

Absolut miserabler Service! Wir hatten um 21.39 das Hotel in Termoli reserviert und wollten fünf Minuten später dorthin gehen. Als ich das Hotel anfragte, ob wir kommen könnten, teilte man mir kurz und bündig mit, dass KEIN Check-In nach 21.00 Uhr durchführbar sei - obschon die Reservation um 21.39 stattfand... Naja, als ich den Betrag wieder zurückfordern wollte, weigerte sich der Hotelbesitzer dies zu tun! Wir hatten über hotels.com reserviert und erhielt sowohl eine Buchungsbestätigung [sic!] als auch eine Belastungsbestätigung. Nur Dank hotels.com erhielten wir den Betrag zurpckerstattet, der Hotelbesitzer weigert sich nach wie vor, dies zu tun. NIE WIEDER!!

Il B & B Vescovo Pitirro non e un vero B & B. Non che una camera di ricevimento e la colozione consiste di un cappuccino e cornetto da prendere a un bar in piazza. La camera era pulita, confortante, il bagno un po' piccolo e la località è perfetta.

Però? !

La location è veramente meravigliosa grazie alla città di Termoli. dire che la suite fosse vista mare è un po' eccessivo dal mio punto di vista immaginandomi una finestra che si apre direttamente sul mare senza dovermi sporgere. Tanto la doccia quanto il rubinetto del lavandino erano intasati dal calcare. la colazione si fa al bar in piazza oppure l'unica disponibilità in struttura è una macchina del caffè con qualche prodotto confezionato. In un bed and breakfast mi sarei aspettato di trovare il proprietario nella struttura. Frigobar spento e mansarda molto bassa completano. Edificio bello letto confortevole e posizione da 10 e lode. A mio avviso la somma pagata è un po' eccessiva.
