The private underground parking was clean All staff the we came across said hello with a smile. This is a well trained team. Only caveat was the EV/PHEV charging required a subscription, which is not a big deal for our PHEV but may be for a pure EV"

The sheer quantity of choice and quality of the food was outstanding. We enjoyed 3 nights there, and would not hesitate to return or highly recommend for a great stay!"

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The underground parking was easily accessed & check-in efficient & friendly (English speaking). The room was compact but comfortable with a good sized, comfy bed. I didn't hear any noise from other guests and the room temperature was easily controlled. Good TV as well. Didn't try the pizza advertised but will be returning shortly & will do then."

"Hotel placed near lots of lovely places to eat and see. Staff were very helpful, rooms easily accessable via the lift. The room was clean and well maintained. I felt secure in this hotel and in my room. Breakfast had a good selection of foods, there was something for everyone."
