"Well it was just as described - basically a comfortable guest house in the middle of the rain forest - perfect. The surrounding areas are beautiful and perfect for hiking or touring around by car as I did. Hospitality is great and there was even a good internet connection at the house which allowed me to catch up with friends and family during my stay. Fantastic!"

Escadas sem contraste nas bordas, inclusive dentro da piscina, um prato cheio para quedas parece quem tem diminuição da acuidade visual (não só idosos!). Barata no quarto. Banheiro perto do circo fedendo mais que de rodoviária, podre de urina. Não há proteção contra chuva entre a recepção onde faz o check-in e o hotel, apenas um pedaço, o resto vc toma...

"Small and very calm place outside of Teresopolis. You will need a car to get to get there and around. Staff will do everything to make you enjoy your stay, including the perfect breakfast."

"Baseado nas avaliações, vim esperando o pior. Realmente tem extrema necessidade de reforma. O atendimento na chegada e saída foram bons. O único atendimento muito abaixo foi da responsável pelo café da manhã. Funcionária extremamente antipática e mal humorada. Tenho convicção que existem muitos desempregados que teriam mais educação e vontade de trabalhar do que ela. Café muito simples porém satisfatório ao meu gosto. "

"Very disappointing. Room did not match hotel.com posting. No lightbulbs in lamps, had to screw in the coaxial cable wire into back of tv myself. The sofa bed did not open and had to buy an extra room for a third guest which the management required a cash, no receipt payment. No hot water until I complained heavily. We hoped to have a nice few days in Teresopolis, but clearly chose the wrong place. Even the WiFi wouldn’t work. I must say one good thing, the housekeeping woman was exceptional but...
