"We loved this hotel! It’s clean, spacious, and well equipped. . Also the best breakfast and professional staff. The rooftop restaurant has great food and a nice atmosphere. The location was good and we had no trouble parking on the street within a 10 minute walk. They do have a garage but the entrance is very narrow and the surrounding streets are not easy to drive on, also very narrow with many pedestrians. I recommend parking on a side Street and taking a short walk to the hotel. We parked...

"No assistance w luggage until heavily prompted upon checking in. Then none at all upon checkout. Taxi called was too small even though a large one to contain wheelchair was requested from the front desk."

"Le personnel est agréable, l'hôtel en lieu même est bien situé et il y avait pas trop de monde . Par contre le buffet le soir pas exceptionnel et les boissons sont payantes même l'eau , la qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous pour un 5 étoiles idem pour le petit déjeuner pas mal de produits congelés . Revoir vos dessert car ils sont sans saveur et pratiquement tout le temps la même choses."

"This hotel is lovely. Everything is close within the hotel so easy to access where you want to be. The Swimming pool is a sloping one and the deep end is 1.45mtrs my daughter was able to stand up in it fully. The only floating rings they allow can be purchased for €6 at their mini shop which is on the same floor as the snack bar. "I would return to this resort in a heartbeat. The service was remarkable, the entire resort is very clean and well maintained. The buffet assortment was incredible. Access to the beach was super convenient. We booked Star Prestige and it was well worth the value."
