"To start the trip, the staff at the front desk was lovely which made our initial impression positive. As we entered the villa there were ants on the counter tops and in the bathroom.
As our stay progressed, the ant infestation got progressively worse. We finally decided to speak to the receptionists, where they told us it was our fault for not coming earlier to report the problem. A man entered our room without us knowing to clean out the ants. They did not give us any compensation for this....

"This was a great hotel/apartments. Smooth and quick check in, spacious apartment with large balcony and had all the self catering amenities I needed. Room cleaned everyday. Staff friendly and helpful. I could always get a sun lounger at the pool. Showers and changing facilities for a late flight as check out is 11.30am. Would stay here again."

"Service was excellent. Great location. Beds were comfortable. The only issue was some mold in the bathroom ceiling due to no windows in that rooms. I notice a few black spots only.
I will definitely recommend this place to my relatives and friends."

"Lovely hotel, close to everything, shops, bars, supermarkets Saim park. Really friendly welcoming staff, lovely clean room, nice pool with plenty of sunbeds and a bar"

"Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Der Service war hervorragend, alles war super sauber und die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Besonders praktisch fanden wir die sehr guten Parkmöglichkeiten direkt auf dem Hotelgelände für 10 € pro Tag. Alternativ kann man kostenfrei an der Straße parken.
Die Lage ist angenehm ruhig, und auch im Hotel selbst war es sehr ruhig. Das Fitnessstudio ist wunderschön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser Apartment hatte wirklich alles, was man braucht: Geschirr,...
