"Staff are very friendly and nice, however this property is in need of some TLC from filthy/stained carpets in the elevator to the furniture looking like someone played darts on it, to broken umbrellas and lounge chairs by the pool. The main entry level is kept nice but the room itself could use more work, my bathroom door was constantly getting stuck, the ice machine was out of order and the place just overall looked a little run down. The only good thing is the location and proximity to everything."

"Find a better option. This place was understaffed. Our room was dirty when we checked in. There is only one restaurant on site and it is terrible. The kids had fun at the pool but there was only one person watching the entire pool. "

"Had a wonderful relaxing peaceful stay. Staff was excellent, rooms were clean except for I had a few gnats in the bathroom by the shower. Area was nice wonderful beach views. Son did mention pool was a bit dirty Only thing would keep me from going back is parking prices. $45 each day to self park? Way too much. We pay too much for the rooms at least parking should be free my goodness "

"The room had Wi-Fi and a TV, though the TV kept losing its internet connection. The room was clean, though it was dated and musty-smelling. Was fine for the night while passing through. "

"Really disappointed in guest accommodations as well as the advertisement of being able to have 24 hour access. Unfortunately all spas and pools do not stay warm and were very cold. Also disappointing to come to a spa overnight stay with a broken wrist and no concierge available to deliver my bags to the room. Several flights of stairs and trips to my room made it difficult to relax and enjoy my stay. "
