"I arrived early and took a chance with the room being ready but it wasn’t. I was told I would get a text when the room was ready (I provided the correct phone number) but never did. A female guest was told by another person at the front desk her room wasn’t ready but there was another available, she accepted and was in a room at 1230, not 4 PM. Maybe this device is only provided to full paying customers and not those using this service, if that’s the case it’s very disappointing."

"It was our first time at this property. We usually stay in the hotels on Collier Blvd. It was quiet, comfortable, clean but no frills. The price was very good. The beach is located across the street. The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was that the beach didn't have chair rental. The chairs in the unit were all beat up and had no umbrellas."

However, there were roaches in some of the rooms, one of the bathrooms has plumbing problems, the shower does not drain properly, and the fixed AC temperature does not allow the bedrooms to cool enough, at least for this time of the year in Florida.
