"The Billy Barker hotel was an amazing place! The food was great; the location was convenient. The ambiance of the Gold Rush era was all around. We had a medical issue at home and had to cancel our second night abrubtly, and the desk person said that she would see what she could do (I booked through Expedia). My receipt showed the one night only. Very much appreciated!"
"when the lamp wasn’t functioning properly in our room, a staff member prompt took it away. I promised to get us another one after he tried bulbs and they weren’t working. He was very kind and very helpful and everyone at the hotel was friendly. It was beautiful and clean and had more than enough room for three of us. The air conditioning worked well. The manager was very friendly and we will definitely be back."
"Wasn’t anything to not like. Everything was quick the fellow who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. The room was everything we expected and very clean. After a long hot day the pool was great. I booked especially for that for my 2 grandkids. Hot tub not working but didn’t care. Breakfast was great. More variety than we expected and the pancake machine was so cute. "
