"Service on reception was great. We upgraded our room to the top floor at a reasonable price and it was totally worth it. The only negative was the breakfast which we paid for. Although it’s reasonably priced, the quality of the produce could be improved and the coffee was not drinkable. We paid extra for 2 expressos but these should have been complementary given we left the coffee included in the breakfast "

"Was a fantastic hotel. Excellent staff who went out of their way to make the experience a great solo break. Check-in was very smooth, and the receptionist helped me book a restaurant that they have links with to get a free glass of champagne. Room was clean, and bed super comfy with a really powerful shower. Morning breakfast was super. A mixture of fruits, yogurts, juices and ham and cheeses and pastries. "Given the poor reviews I'd read about this hotel I was slightly concerned, however, I had no issues at all! I stayed in Room 4 which is in the rear on the ground floor & did not see or hear anybody else. The room was very small but adequate for 1 night - it was VERY clean & appeared recently refurbished, it had a tv + a table & chair. The bathroom bathroom was small but functional & again spotless!!!! I'd stay again but would request Room 4!!!!"
