I had a very bad experience with this hotel. No water in the rooms, the jacuzzi was off and to be a resort you expect more out of it. The personnel was very polite but the hotel in my experience was not at all of what I was expected.

The room has a musty odor, however room was clean, bathroom was clean, not enough water coming out of shower head. I love the sofa, the rug was dirty. Air conditioner ok, remote tv was hard to figure out. No housekeeper to clean our room. Free breakfast Saturday and Sunday was good. Coffee was too strong, service was nice. Pool is outdated needs revamp and maintenance, property overall is outdated and old, it would be nice a remodeling. Costumer service was great! Thank you!

I nearly tore the AC unit off of my campervan on the low arch entrance. The staff was helpful and friendly; some spoke English, some didn't. Really bare bones amenities: No in-room drinking water provided; no microwave, mini-fridge, or coffee maker. The pool was out of service. TV was Spanish only. The overstuffed pillows gave me a stiff neck. Located near a 24hr gas station with a food court, so there was that.

Pros: we stay there for two days. It was safe. There wasn’t a lot of people the first night we were actually the only guest staff was extremely helpful and polite. this time it was just me and my husband however I do plan to come back with my children. I really like the pool space and that they had their own restrooms. cons: if you are picky, this may not be the location for you. Some of the amenities were outdated, and the restroom was definitely in need of an upgrade however we were OK with the restroom being outdated. if I was picky, I would definitely give it a 3 out of 10, but since I am not, I will definitely give it about a 6 out of 10.

If you only need a place to sleep (literally) for a night , I recommend this place. Any thing more I can’t say. The bathroom was “clean” though the shower was sketchy. Air conditioner worked well. The mattress was super comfortable, but the pillows were huge and too hard. Staff was friendly and helpful. The door only has a door knob lock. Not a true door bolt. Maintenance for the hotel itself is in need. But for a clean bed, it’s a good place to stay.

Very disappointing and unsanitary Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was gross, dirty, and had a horrible smell as soon as we walked in. The air conditioning smelled terrible and, to make matters worse, it didn’t even work properly, making the room very uncomfortable. There were cobwebs throughout the room, which made it obvious that the room had not been cleaned or maintained properly. We also saw a cockroach right outside our room, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. For the price we paid, we expected a clean, comfortable, and properly maintained room. Instead, we were left feeling uncomfortable and disappointed with our stay. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely would not stay here again.
