"Was disappointed by the cleaning in the room. Toilet was not cleaned and we found a hair in the bed as we inspected it when entering the room. Need more attention to details in preparing a room. The hand bars in our handicap room were dirty. Only one luggage cart is not top notch customer service. You need at least two. Having customers wait for the guest in front of them to finish is rude. "

"We had ants, the sheets on bed were dirty there was also a stain not cleaned in desk/table. Front desk was notified and said they would come by our room and never did. Parking lot full of pot hole, poorly lit hallways with noticeable dead bugs in ceiling fixtures."
