"This is a lovely inn on a hilltop overlooking the water. Everything is very well maintained, the food fantastic, and the room had everything we needed. What makes it stand out is the staff- they were welcoming, professional, kind and friendly- going over and above to make sure we had everything we needed. Recommendations for meals and outings were always presented. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"Hugely overpriced for the standard of accommodation and quality of food on offer. Rooms and dining area cold as heating was not on, although these issues were addressed once I complained. I struggle to see how it has 2 AA rosettes having eaten in multiple fine dining restaurants. The following night we ate at the Old Manse of Blair which also holds 2 AA rosettes and the gulf in quality, favour and service was laughable - the AA should revisit! The rooms are a mish mash of styles and tired. I...

"Beautiful hotel and room. Staff very nice and helpful. No tv in room. A bit overpriced"

"The two gentlemen at the front were absolutely amazing! Both were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely good people. They always had a positive attitude and made us feel comfortable and appreciated. Their kindness and great customer service truly made our trip even better and more enjoyable. It’s people like them who make a place stand out. Thank you both for such a wonderful experience!"

"Hotel is tired and run down and very expensive for the level of cleanliness and amenities. TVs did not work in any of our six rooms and staff were so unhelpful. Good in bar was average, drinks were very expensive and to be honest I think we should have had a refund based on our experience. It was requested but fell on deaf ears…. Avoid as there are much better options."

"Beautiful place."

"The power went out due to the storm and the team at Broadford Hôtel was super helpful. They found us an other place to stay and arranged everything for us beautifully."

"Great staff, good food. Room although outfitted well was a little small. Still worth the price."

"Beautiful setting, excellent food, comfortable room with a great view, informative distillery tour and no obligation to purchase."

"Staff was always available and they all work so well together to make sure you have what you need. Very friendly group. Great location for exploring SE corner of Isle of Skye. Maybe the easiest parking in Scotland. Breakfast was fresh and excellent. After dinner one evening where we were dining in the bar, a desert cart went into the private dining room reserved for tour groups that had a bunch of creme brulee's on it. As it was not on the menu, the waiter went into the private dining room,...

"10/10 stay, one of our favourites during our trip to Scotland! Perfect location and the food on site was amazing!if you are looking for a cozy night in this is the place!"

"Walls are so thin. There is no privacy at all."

"Great property. It is a remote location that is a bit of a drive to get to. It would be great (imho) for stays consisting of at least several days or longer. One suggestion for the property is to add a mirror over the bathroom sink. The mirror on the opposite wall isn’t as practical. Beautiful views and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!"

"A fantastic stay at Kintail Lodge! We stayed in the beautiful room number 1, with a lovely view. Everything was spotlessly clean, fresh, and very comfortable. Helen is a wonderful host, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Breakfast was excellent, and we had dinners always in their restuarant, which was very good too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be back!"
