Perfect location

The location of this property is absolutely perfect, and the manager is really nice and very helpful. I had a longer trip, and so I appreciated being in one of the rooms with laundry and a kitchen.

This is such a cute family-run hotel. The lady that takes care of it and the person in charge of the management are really nice. I'd definitely recommend this place and I will certainly choose it again once I am back in Tbilisi. This is a very good cost-benefit.

My partner and I spent 3 days in Tbilisi and had a memorable holiday. The hotel is walking distance from all the main attractions in Old Tbilisi. We really enjoyed walking through the quaint but happening old town streets at night. The owner was very helpful and kind. She let us leave our bags in the hotel after check out for a few hours while we were sightseeing.

Lovely place

Little hotel in the Old Town, more of a guest house feel from the very friendly and helpful hosts. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom was new and clean. Asked for an airport transfer but the driver left before I got there, so had to get a taxi for which they were very aopologetic. A small issue, an excellent place to stay

Beautiful large room with kitchen and washing machine. This is more of a house than a hotel: three is no reception desk, only the owner who doesn’t speak much English so unfortunately you can’t ask about local information. While the room is great, there is a lot of light leaking in at night from the hallway and surrounding houses. The Internet speed is only fair.

Homey feeling in the room

Very nice place. Outside seems small, but when you walked in, it's like modern and somewhat upper scale home. There are many rooms inside the house. So the room feels like 'homey' instead of 'hotelish' (my room...unsure about other room). There are umbrellas provided by the door (came in handy as it rained for a whole day). Landlady is also kind and accommodating (I arrived early and able to checked in early due to available room). She was also responsive and helped to cleanup the room immediately when it was found there was water leakage in washroom.

Quaint little hotel which is very good valmue in relation to room rate. Great service from staff! A little noise from other rooms and street.

Nice clean well located hotel. It’s hard to find it at the beginning because it’s in a narrow street but walking distance to lots of places. Staff is nice but don’t speak lots of English.

Positifs - Surclassé dans une chambre assez grande avec cuisine - Pas loin de la place de la liberté et de la vieille ville - Tarif très accessible - Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la chambre (grand frigo, bouilloire, lave linge…) - Climatisation dans la chambre Négatifs - Pas de réception donc je me suis retrouvé à attendre devant la porte - Il faudrait un rideau ou volet dans la cuisine car toute la lumière rentre dans la chambre - Pas réussi à connecter mon ordinateur au wifi - Insonorisation pas incroyable. On entend les portes et les personnes dans l’escalier - Il était indiqué « 1 bouteille de vin gratuite par séjour » mais il y avait juste une petite bouteille d’eau
