Great hotel, wonderful spa, nice rooms. Dining options seemed to be limited, or maybe it was an off-season thing. I didn't have much time to walk somewhere for a meal, and at the time hotel restaurants were either closed or didn't serve proper meal, so I had to order room service (which was still delicious, but I would have prefered to eat out).

We travel as a family with our small dog by car from Germany to Georgia. The employees were so nice and helpful. The rooms are good and comfortable. The roof top restaurant has an amazing view over Tiflis while enyoing your food and wine. Our kids were welcome and the dog was no problem at all. Perfect for us is the on site parking directly in front of the building. You can take a taxi to the old city, shopping. We had a great stay at the Sheraton.

Everything was good except when the taxi driver dropped me from airport to this hotel total (20 minutes ride ) instead of $12 or max $15 he asked for $120 and when I told that to hotel receptionist and security that the guy is trying to rob me they smiled and they didn’t help me.

The location is very nice, the beds and the room were generally comfortable, but there are problems with cleaning. First of all, there were women's hairs in the sink and shower. There was also a spider web in the corner of the wall above the bed. Obviously, cleaning is done carelessly. When I called for room service, the phone's cables were unplugged and it was not working.

This is proper 5-star hotel. We did not try out breakfast. It has both lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool with bunch of saunas and steaming rooms as well as spa services. They allow non hotel guests to pay and use outdoor pool, but there is enough room for everyone. Room was spacious and we did not get a room with balcony although we booked, but we’ve got an upgrade. Bathroom is spacious and comprised of both bathtube and shower. All staff are very helpful. We have visited a rooftop restaurant which offers a wonderful view of Tbilisi.

Really lovely hotel with friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was good, with an excellent omelette chef and wide selection. Club sandwiches by the beautiful pool were delicious. The hotels gym is superb, one of the best hotel gyms we have experienced.
