Overall experience is good

The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking.

The staff was great! The location was excellent and it also had a very nice parking lot next to the property. Breakfast was really good too, with a variety of food. The rooms were spacious and beds were super comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel superseded my expectations. Great customer service, everyone was attentive, kind and so helpful, from the housekeeping staff to the reception. The restaurant was amazing and service impecable as well. Many thanks to Luka, Luka, Katy’s, and Lana from reception and restaurant.
