The hotel was beautiful, and the staff were lovely. It was a bit farther from downtown Tbilisi, but this was to be expected. The restaurant was also great too!

This hotel has a very nice and cute design. The cleaning team was efficient and did a good job, but the reception staff, except for one person named Lukas, were not helpful. Lukas was the only one who provided excellent customer service and went out of his way to assist us. For the first three days, there was a lot of noise in our room early in the morning, which sounded like a renovation. I brought this issue to the hotel’s attention, and after those three days, it was fine. The room design was really cute and clean. However, if they added a microwave, it would be even better. As for the amenities, there was nothing available except the restaurant. Even the gym was closed due to renovation. One of the main drawbacks was the lack of an elevator. When we arrived with heavy luggage, we had to carry everything ourselves as no one offered to help. On our check-out day, the hotel manager mentioned that I should have called the reception to request assistance with the luggage. However, when I did call, the receptionist, a lady, bluntly said she couldn’t help and that I had to figure it out myself. This was very disappointing. Another piece of advice: do not use the hotel’s shuttle service as it is overpriced. They charged us ₾100 for a one-way trip from the airport, which is not worth it. Even the airport taxi was cheaper. On our last day, I used a taxi app and only paid ₾25 to get to the airport. This is my most honest review of the hotel.
