Owners super friendly and really try to make you feel at home. Prepared breakfast sandwiches for us night before as we had to leave very early. Room generally very nice with modern decor.

Otel sahipleri iyi niyetli, güleryüzlü bir aileden oluşuyor. Anneleri belli ki temizlik ve kahvaltıdan sorumlu. Kahvaltı deneyimimiz oldukça iyiydi. Kahvaltılıkların yanında bazı günler yerel lezzetlerde ikram ediliyordu. Kaldığımız odada yataklar konforsuzdu. Belli ki hasar görmüş karyolalarda yattık. Odalar geniş ve temizdi. WİFİ odanın sadece bir bölümünde çekiyorduki bu bölüm yatağa uzaktı.

Lovely guesthouse with Georgian hospitality

Great family guesthouse. Fantastic Georgian breakfast with an incredible array of local food. Great hospitality. The aircon was a blessing in the summer heat. Walking distance to everywhere in the centre.

Great hospitality. Very central hotel

Incredible breakfast with an enormous spread of delicious Georgian food. Great hospitality. The hotel is very central- a 5 min walk to the funicular and short walk to main boulevard and Freedom Square. The hotel can arrange transport and tours (Ask around for prices).

We planned to spend 1 night there but ended up spending 3 nights as the place was worth it, the whole family are very welcoming. Amazing people, great breakfast served with a smile. We had so much to eat and drink. We stayed in 3 different room and all of them were great even though we preferred the 1st room. Manana, Svetlana, Dawid and Irakle were just such amazing people. Irakle is a great artist with his works all around the house. We cannot thank you enough for your great hospitality. Thank you Parajanov Family

We had an extended weekend trip to Tbilisi, and our stay at Parajanov was perfect for this. They helped arrange transport when we arrived in the middle of the night at the airport. The morning breakfast was very plentiful. We were very happy with our stay here.

sensationelles Frühstück, extra für uns zubereitet, incl. Schnaps. Lage des Hotels nicht ideal, keine Beschilderung des Gebäudes, sehr schwer zu finden. Kurzer Fußweg zur Zahnradbahn nach Mtatsminda. Für Familien gut, für Stadtbesichtigung nicht ideal. WLAN nicht stabil.

Good atmosphere, good position.

We had three nights here. Very friendly staff and they were specially helpful, when my husband got sick, they cared for us and provided profesional help. Rich breakfast, but we were were sitting very close to other guests in the small diningroom. Nice position in the old town with local life around.

Everything perfect, room, breakfast, family host!

Everything was absolutely fine. The family that hosted us was very friendly as it never happened to us before! The room was fine and the tour they organized just for us was great. Every morning the breakfast was perfect and even more than we expected. We are very happy to have been in Family Hotel Parajanov. Their Georgian hospitality and cognac was so good !

トビリシの街が一望できる丘の上に位置して、絶景が臨める。

トビリシの丘上に位置しているので、眺望がすばらしい。四号室は角部屋なので特に素晴らしかった。しかし、玄関側の部屋は全く普通の眺望なので、予約するときに眺望については確認しておいたほうが良い。 　また、このホテルは自宅を改装した民泊のような施設なので、24時間のルームサービスは望むことは無理だと思ったほうがよい。しかし、市民の(この家の場合はロシア系上級貴族の)生活を知るのにはとても良い。朝食などはロシアスタイルのもので盛りだくさんで素晴らしかった。 　しかし、丘の上に位置しているので、地下鉄駅から荷物を持っての移動は急な石畳の上り坂が続き、ホテルの位置も曲がりくねった路地に面しているので、タクシーを利用しても探し当てるのが大変だと思う。自分は前日に近くのホテルに宿泊し、位置を確認してから移動したので大丈夫だった。 　また、宿の主人と奥さんはロシア系の人なので、英語はあまり通じないが、英語を話す息子のデビットさんは、とても日本好きでとても楽しい人だった。

Feel at home and welcome

This guest house is absolutely great. It is on top of the hill, very close do the funicular and not far from the centre. We have managed to walk everywhere with our 7 year old daughter. Manana( not sure if it is the right way to spell) and her family made us fell at home. The bedroom was very spacious, clean and light. We could see the city from the windows. Breakfast is big and delicious. You can practically try almost every Georgian dish before noon. We recommend this place specially if want to merge yourself in the beautiful Georgian culture.

The friendliest hotel we have ever stayed in!

The Family hotel Parajanov is precisely that - a very friendly and welcoming family hotel. We were assisted and helped from the very beginning, in a most welcoming and friendly manner. All of them were extremely friendly and we felt at hope immediately. The hotel only has five rooms, and room number 5 is wonderful, with a great view of the city. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be sure to come back. the breakfast is incredible, and the managers friendliness is unparalleled. The hotel is located a very short walk from the funicular, and it is nice to walk around the old town. We will certainly be back.

This is a hotel in an old house. The family still live there and they have turned the upstairs into rooms. It's comfortable, well priced and the breakfast is Georgian home cooking. Tasty and plentiful. My son and I were very looked after. It's in the old town. Take a photo for taxi drivers. You probably won't want to walk up the hill after a night out in Tiblisi.
