Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I was told I did not have a booking for two nights. We were exhausted and had been traveling for two days and thankful it driver had not left and was kind enough to help us find a place to stay. This is unacceptable! I would like a full refund of my payment.
Stayed 2 nights in Jul 2025
