We arrived at 4:45pm and reception told us the room wasn’t ready . We had a tour at 5:30pm and wanted to be able to shower and change. Staff told us it will take 20 before the room can be ready when it should have been ready at 3pm. We ended up unable to shower and had to change our clothes in the lobby bathroom area. After 20 mins we hoped the room would be ready but it still wasn’t and we had to leave our suitcases in the receptionist desk for them to bring up later when room is available. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.
