Location is ok

The location of the hotel is ok, but I'd rather stay closer to the old city-abut of a walk to main attractions. The hotel personal was not bad, but can't say was good. They sorta tried to help, but mostly cause they were bothered... And the housekeeping lady always came at a wrong (nap) time!:((

Its a very nice location just off mainstreet Rustavelli. Clean and modern. I does have a loud piano bar (check their facebook for details) if you are sensitive to loud noise this is NOT your hotel option. They are not always very accomodating of your requests, and the breakfast service is very good for any russian speaking guest who they will offer eggs any style. But if you dont speak russian the staff will ingore you and you can only eat whats on the buffet - its not too bad thou.

Great boutique hotel , near the shopping area and the modern part of the city , staff is super attentive and do go the extra mile , even the travel desk is a must , great tours and great price , the property felt run by a family which is great , the top floor is a magnet for local crowd and food is great , over all is a great place, on the flip side , yes beds are small and rooms a bit dated , but is all in line with what you pay , and the untaheable of great genuine service wins here.

Good choice !!

Everything is good, location is perfect, staff is outstanding very very helpful and kind. Just re only issue was early Check-in, they are hung up on 2 pm Check-in policy. So if u have an early flight coming in, not the most kind situation. Otherwise super !!

Все очень понравилось, персонал, завтрак, расположение, все супер. Но в кровати были кусающиеся насекомые. Клопы? Заметил только в последнюю ночь. Очень расстроило.
