"Very good place to stay— except—- stingy with towels( two bath, one face, one hand) and breakfast was over by 9! On a Sunday!!! Food at grill/bar was pretty good and lady in grill was nice and helpful. "

"Red Roof Inn used to be my spot when I visit Dearborn MI. I stayed at this location many times. No issues. No problem. I was suppose to stay 4/30-5/3 2026. I arrived early. I went to see if I could check in early and was told yes. I get the key and go to the room. I pull the sheets back. The sheets are disgusting, yellow spots and hair on the sheets. Carpet nasty. Chair nasty. Bathroom disgusting. No toilet paper or soap. The dresser was missing drawers. There was no phone, microwave or fridge. I went to the front to complain and was told I would have to upgrade the room to get a phone, fridge and microwave. I thought all rooms came with all three. Anyway to make a long story short....I was shown 3 more rooms. They all sucked. One had a bug crawling on the covers. I ended up leaving and coming back to get my stuff. I didn't feel safe. People were hanging outside my door."

"This hotel needs a lot of work. We were on the 3rd floor. The hallway carpet is bunching up in places. Someone will fall one day. The rooms were clean and the beds were great. We had tv issues where one room had different channels than the other. Jimmy at the front desk was very helpful is resolving this issue. One room’s toilet was so low to the ground. Hot water ran out during a shower one night around 830pm. This hotel needs a major update. Location is great. Aber at the front desk in the mornings was pleasant and very friendly. Not sure if we’ll be back. But we’ll see."
