"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The overall experience was enjoyable, and I appreciated the professionalism of the team. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning unit was not cooling the room as much as expected. I reported it, and the staff responded promptly and worked to fix the problem, which I appreciated. However, I believe that particular unit may still have some underlying issues that could benefit from further inspection. Aside from that, my stay was great, and I would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the staff for their assistance and hospitality."

"It was a quick trip for me- just an overnight but the hotel was pretty nice for a quick visit! Room was very clean and very quiet, the staff was wonderful- very kind and did a great job assisting me with patience and kindness. Breakfast was fresh, hot and a great variety! I'll stay here again when passing through Austin!"
