"Staff was all friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Close inspection of the room, I felt there was a lot of work that could be done. Tub faucet was dripping. Some kind of stains on the sofa. So made me a little concerned about the rest of the room."

"The staff was very friendly, but the room was dingy. The walls needed to be wiped down as there were several spots of dirt. Orangish color on a beige background. The shower floor was also rather dirty. The office chair had been sat in and looked like it contained bodily fluids on the seat. The wall outlet cover had gaps around it which may be a safety and/or electrical hazard. The room had clearly not been thoroughly cleaned in some time. "

"I stay here multiple times a year. Its overall a quiet clram safe place to stay, well located too Its NOT a Ritz Carlton....you get what you pay for, i have never had any problems the staff couldn't handle "

"Room was filthy. Bathrooms had mold. Sleeper sofa had urine/feces stains. Pool was foggy & smelled weird. Laundry facilities were “out of order” the 3 days we were there. It’s Dothan, yes, it’s a 2 star hotel, yes, but basic bare minimum cleanliness & function was completely lacking. The lady at the front desk was not helpful & gave us 3 different names for a managers number to call, no one would ever answer."

"I recently stayed at the Hilton in Dothan, Alabama, and my experience was far from satisfactory. After paying for a specific room, I was given a completely different one that lacked basic amenities. To my dismay, the bathroom didn’t even have a shower, and it seemed they assigned me a handicap room instead. I had spoken with Kara earlier in the morning, and she confirmed that my room would be ready upon my arrival. However, when I got there, it had been given to someone else. To make matters worse, the ice machine was empty and there was no creamer available for the coffee, which made the stay even less enjoyable. While Amy tried her best to assist me by providing extra bed sheets to make a makeshift bed on the floor for my family, this shouldn't have been necessary. I paid for a room that was supposed to accommodate us comfortably, yet we had to resort to such measures. Additionally, my room didn’t even come with towels, which is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, I was informed that I could have a late checkout at 1 PM since the usual time is 12. However, at 11 AM, my room card stopped working! This was just the cherry on top of an already frustrating stay. I would not recommend staying at the Hilton in Dothan, Alabama. Unfortunately, my experience was a series of disappointments, and I expect much better from a hotel that carries the Hilton name."
