Spotted in the village of Dilijan, Armenia. The man pictured is a famous Armenian actor named Frunzik Mkrtchyan (Armenian: Ֆրունզիկ). Mkrtchyan appeared in an enormously popular Soviet-era film known as Mimino. Mkrtchyan’s character in the film is from Dilijan, Armenia. There is both a cafe, and a statue, located in Dilijan in honor of Mkrtchyan’s character in the film.
