The room was quiet, the heat pump worked well, the water was hot, the pools were great. Very clean. We had trouble figuring out the cooktop and coffee machine, but the staff patiently taught us. Grocery store down the hill, and huge one at the mall nearby. Walking to Tavira wasn’t very nice, so we drove.

Nice peaceful stay just outside of the old town

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a ground floor apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It had all the equipment we needed and a nice large private patio with table and chairs and views of the pool. The apartment was clean but was slightly dated and could do with a bit of maintenance however this didn't impact on our enjoyment of the place. The apartment complex was in a peaceful location a short taxi ride from the old town. There was also a decent bar and supermarket onsite. We also used the pool and the surnbeds. Would highly recommend and would stay again

We were visiting Tavira for one night. We didn't use the facilities which looked nice. The reason for my poor rating is that the bed and pillows were terrible. We used the cushions from the sofa in our room and in the entrance to place in top of the bed so we could sleep. The bathroom was updated but there was only one outlet in the main room with only one lamp (there were 2 wall lights). In order to plug in a CPAP machine we had to unplug the only lamp. The room was clean.

The good: The staff was very friendly, the area is beautiful, and there is free and convenient parking. Additionally, it is close to the supermarket. The bad: The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on box springs. There was an issue with the toilet running and filling up with water. While maintenance did come by, they didn't seem to actually fix the problem. Lastly, we noticed urine stains on the couch in the living room. Given the odor, it was likely from an animal. It’s unfortunate I have to leave a mixed review because the property has so much potential.

Great property that was well cared for and close to everything. Staff was wonderful. This was just a studio so nothing for long long term but had all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. The bed was really hard but we asked Staff for a mattress pad and they had one on the next morning. We were so grateful. Enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

So noisy, loud music, loudspeaker talking until we'll passed midnight, when the screaming, shouting and noise started. Beds were hard as a rock and you could feel the springs in some areas. No soap. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The reception is not clear enough from the road. I drove around a lot before I found out where it was. The lots are not clear either especially in the dark. Need to have bigger signage for apartment locations
