"The bathroom did not have any body wash, shampoo or conditioner. It only had hand wash at the sink. Unfortunately heater was not workable and room extremely cold. Kitchen was very well equiped for a family stay and a good size bin in the kichen. We had the park view room ..2 rooms a queen and two singles. But the cold affected all of us. "Arrival & Atmosphere We arrived around 3 PM and check-in was smooth - there was one staff member at the front desk who was expecting us. However, the resort felt unusually quiet, almost empty. During our stay, most facilities appeared closed, including dining and the spa. It’s unclear whether these are only available in peak season.
