Debdie the receptionist was very welcoming, helpful and obliging. Room was spotless, bed comfortable. Only issue was car parking they have 40 rooms but only 11 car parking spaces so had to park on the street.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay at Quest. When we accidentally forgot our room key, the staff was incredibly friendly and quick to assist us, making the situation so much easier. We also really appreciated having access to a washing machine and dryer during our stay – such a convenient bonus. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Highly recommend!

Nice and clean, bars and front a short stroll away. We had to park on the street as all hotel parking was booked, luckily it was a holiday weekend so it was free. A fan in the bathroom would be good. Overall a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room in Quest Tauranga was very comfortable, clean, spacious and had a great kitchen facility. There was also a washing machine and dryer to compliment all the other top facilities. I wouls recommend this property which was close to good restaurants and bars. Shopping was not so varied however.

Location is fantastic, property was extremely clean and staff personable. I would have liked to have seen a coffee machine for this standard of property, however there were sufficient coffee/tea/hot chocolate sachets etc.

the place is such a peaceful area to wind down if you need to have a break from life. the staff are lovely and the room itself was beautifully set up. fairly spacious for a studio room and the bathroom was fine as well. will definitely be coming back :)

From the initial contact with the Quest, the standards were high, accommodating and great communication. The reception was delightful and very helpful. The space was spotless and had more than what we needed. Highly recommend.

Friendly front desk

Front desk staff, Debbie, is especially friendly and warm. Hotel is clean and conformable. Location is also near very eatary within walking distance. Only thing is parking has a daily fee of 15 NZ dollars in building or metering on the street. We opted for daily fee to avoid having to worry about it
