"500 Meter vom Bahnhof Kronberg gelegen, ist das Hotel zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und liegt nahe an der Innenstadt mit Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotzdem ist es nachts absolut ruhig gewesen. Mein Zimmer war sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den familiären, freundlichen Service, bei dem ich mich als Gast sehr geschätzt gefühlt habe. "

Se tiver malas grandes e pesadas há certa dificuldade na entrada. O restaurante oferece pratos deliciosos e a atendente era de Portugal, foi uma delicia poder conversar com alguém tão gentil em português."
"We have stayed at the hotel at least 6 times in recent years and this time we felt a radical change in the breakfast. The breakfast has become poor and many things that used to be there are missing. The Asian corner, smoked and pickled salmon, vegetables like radishes, a selection of cakes, all of these are no more and it is a shame and the price they ask for the meal is very high compared to what you get"
"This was a fantastic little boutique hotel right in the heart of Frankfurt. My only regret is that we stayed for just one night! We were fortunate to book the suite on the top floor -- a wonderful large room with a balcony/patio which was wonderful to enjoy a coffee or cocktails in the lovely German summer evening. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, getting a second cot set up for us immediately after realizing there was a miscommunication with the booking.

"Gefallen hat mir der sehr freundliche Service durch die Mitarbeiter*innen im Hotel. Sehr gut hat mir auch gefallen, wie die Sicherheitsbedingungen im Hotel (Maske tragen, Desinfektionsmittel benutzen vor dem Frühstück) durch die Mitarbeiter*innen durchgesetzt worden sind.
Reinigung und Zimmer waren auch sehr gut. Ich komme gern wieder. "
