The rooms were very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The family had so much fun at the outdoor pool and it was nice that the pool was heated. This is a good place to stay if you do not want to stay on the strip.

The room was very spacious and clean. The staff are all very courteous. I enjoyed the pool and amenities provided at the property and a great selection of bars and restaurants on the property. I also liked the the fact Planet Hollywood is connected to the Miracle Mile Shops for convenient shopping.
